After 25+ years in the corporate environment, coaching, training, and facilitating countless professionals to create individual and team-focused success; nine years ago, I decided to follow my passion and pursue my education and profession as a leadership development coach. In my exploration and research of counseling, psychology, therapy, and coaching, I found coaching is more future-facing and action-oriented.

As a Certified Core Energy Coach, I meet people where they are by using a blend of humor, candor, compassion, boldness, and laser-sharp wisdom to shift personal, visionary, and corporate mindsets from a place of resistance to broaden their conscious awareness around the energy levels with which they show up with. I offer an interpersonal approach to move people from where they are to where they want to be in overall work/life satisfaction.
