Like with leadership development coaching, I take a whole person and team-building approach to diversity and inclusion (D&I) coaching to manage leadership awareness from the top down/inside out.

I partner in the coaching space to guide executives and professionals toward authentic, actionable, and inclusive leadership at the highest levels.

My (DEI) coaching services and strategy are to provide:

underrepresented employees with objective, unbiased, confidential, and actionable guidance, helping them stay motivated, manage stress, and build resilience, all while giving them the tools they need to go forward to:

Mary has served Girls Run The World Aurora, since January 2019, as a life coach. Girls Run The World Aurora is a nonprofit organization that is centered around leadership development amongst teenage girls. We focus on conflict resolution, building strong relationships, and service above self. Mary connected with the young ladies on a weekly basis to discuss current conflicts, obstacles, highlights, and goals. Oftentimes, Mary assisted the young ladies in enlightening themselves about their origins and family history to understand the root of the predicaments they faced. The theory that you must understand where you came from to understand where you’re going rang true. This proved to be beneficial to their growth as young women and growth as leaders within their individual communities. Mary’s positive energy and caring spirit is contagious. It reaches the hearts of everyone that she encounters. I’ve watched her connect with young ladies from many walks of life and push them to explore the best versions of themselves. Mary creates an environment that allows the young ladies to step out of their comfortable place in order to achieve true healing and prosperity. I am truly grateful to be a witness and recipient of Mary’s gift as a life coach.
