As a Master Energy Leadership practitioner, my work focuses on intentionality, mission-driven, values-based organizations that are committed to improving the world around them. My vision is to support an engaged workforce, diversity, and leadership development at every level.
My Experience
After 25+ years in the corporate environment, coaching, training, and facilitating countless professionals to create individual and team focused success, nine years ago, I decided to follow my passion and pursue my education and profession as a leadership development coach. In my exploration and research of counseling, psychology, therapy, and coaching, I found that coaching is more future-facing and action-oriented.

My gift is with people; connecting with them, understanding them, meeting them where they are, and supporting their growth to where they want to be. I am particularly well suited to help folks broaden their range of leadership, optimize teachable moments, and 5 shift perspectives while navigating through the egos and dynamics that challenge work and home environments daily. I take a “people first/community conscious” approach to coaching communication and relationship building, which are the most common areas that suffer from connection.
As a Certified Core Energy Coach, I meet people where they are by using a blend of humor, candor, compassion, boldness, and laser-sharp wisdom to shift personal, visionary, and corporate mindsets from a place of resistance to broaden their conscious awareness around the energy levels with which they show up with. I offer an interpersonal approach to move people from where they are to where they want to be in overall work/life satisfaction. This shift is ultimately what allows individuals and groups to create the interactions and influence needed to move forward through both challenging and opportune times. Gratitude is my most cherished attitude! It is most fulfilling to pour my passion for life into folks who are looking for ways to shift and bring their intentions, authentic self, and purpose into alignment.
